Jennifer Domanowski took 2nd place in her best event, the 200
fly, to lead the Mighty Marlins to a 7th place finish at this
prestigious meet. KING was the only team from the PNS that
finished in a higher place than the Marlins. The other teams
besting the Marlins were large teams from Oregon, Idaho, and
California. The highlight of the meet came in the 400 free
relay as the Marlins won an incredible race in an impressive time
of 3:34.52. The relay consisted of: Jennifer
Domanowski, Morgan Ginnis, Hannah Peseau, and Hannah Taylor.
The 800 free relay, with Jewel LeValley in place of Jennifer also
medaled taking 3rd. Individual finalists included: Jennifer
with 3-6th place finishes, a 14th, 15th, and 23rd in addition
to her 2nd in the 200 fly. Morgan Ginnis scored a 5th, 6th,
14th, 15th, 16th, and 22nd. Aaron Goff finaled in the 50 free
at 22nd. Jewel LeValley scored in the distance events with a
12th, 23rd, and 24th. Hannah Peseau placed 6th and had
2-8ths. Hannah Taylor scored in a variety of events with a
5th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, and 15th. Melody Coleman,
Christina Domanowski, Rachel Hartmeyer, and Karoline Schaufler all
swam well at the meet moving up many places from their seed times.
