A Day at a Meet

  •  Family/swimmer
    • Ensure you are there before the  meet warm-up time; fifteen to twenty minutes prior is good as the team will group themselves somewhere on the pool deck and get their things laid out.
  •   Swimmer
    • Bring, at least, two towels and preferably three.  One for spreading on the pool deck - you’re going to be doing a lot of sitting; one to wrap up in after cool-down to stave off chills; and one to dry off with after your post-meet shower. 
    • Bring healthy snacks for the duration and immediately after.
